1) Prospecting and recruiting of financial advisors from natural market.
2) Assisting the financila advisors to undergo IRDA training and support them for generate sales.
3) Do joint field work with the advisors

Qualification / Skills required
:
Graduate from any field. Min. 1 year in sales. Good communication skills,
Pleasing personlities, go-getter attitude, leader ship qualities.
